THE RADIANCE RETREAT: YOGA, REJUVENATION, & FARM TO TABLE FOOD:
A rejuvenating retreat in South India focused on cleansing the body and mind by way of nourishing farm to table organic food, yoga, mantra, and meditation.
Enjoy gentle yoga, music, South Indian style cooking classes, Indian dance classes, as well as subtle body practices aimed at re-tuning our nervous systems to align with nature and ease.
We'll stay on a sprawling organic farm run by Hanuman devotee, Kerala native, and local food hero, P Bhuvaneshvari. Accommodations are in an authentic Kerala style home, and we'll sleep Indian style, so expect to share space with at least one other person. If you register together with a friend you can request who you'd like to share space with for sleeping arrangements.
The farm grows banana, mango, rice, veggies, ginger, turmeric, and almost everything we'll eat will be sourced directly from the farm. Milk is fresh from Auntie's cows who wander around the farm with the peacocks and dogs, and Vegan options are available. There's a lotus pond down the trail to the rice fields, and a swing hanging off a banyan tree. It's truly idyllic.
The closest airport is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
