This custom built tiny was constructed by Brevard Tiny Homes in 2017, has a queen bed loft, bathtub/shower, convection oven, induction cooktop, fridge, minisplit for a/c and heat, and a washer/dryer combo. It's well built, well designed, and energy efficient. 

It needs an RV hook up for 50 amps of electric, is fully plumbed for a flush toilet (though it adapts to a compost toilet depending on your property), and hooks straight into the water source with a drinking water hose. 

One of the coolest features in this tiny is that it has floorboard storage for tucking away the stuff you don't need to use all the time. The floor storage is 1 foot deep and runs the length of the house excluding the bathroom. The bathroom is about 7 feet long.
