Allison has been offering a daily text message and/or video about the moon for 6 years come 2025! Along the way FTM has gone through changes and 2025 will introduce several shifts to the daily text and the monthly class.
The daily text will no longer only focus on nakșatras (constellations). We will begin to explore other aspects of the panchanga, or daily astrological considerations, like tithis, yoga, karaņa, and vāra. You'll continue to receive a rāga, or song, each day that is associated with the Moon's position.
The Monthly class will continue to meet on the 1st Sunday of the month at 10-11:30am ET. The first hour will focus on the nakshatra details for the upcoming new and full moon. The second part of class will explore the interconnectedness between nakșatras (constellations) and rāgas (music) through a variety of listening, breath, and sound practices called nāda nakșatra upāsana.
