Each morning we will meditatively listen to the rāga associated with the Moon's current position and start the year off by getting aligned with the lunar rhythms.

There are no recordings, but you will receive a WhatsApp message every morning with the song for the day, so if you can't make the class, you can listen on your own time that day.
